  • Shipping Schedule

    Packages are sent out on biweekly runs. Shipping within North America takes 3-6 business days. International takes 14-35 business days on average.

  • Pre-Orders

    Pre-order items typically take an additional 4-8 weeks due to production time and fulfillment afterwards. If a pre-order item is ordered together with items ready to ship, the entire order will be on hold until it is ready. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

  • Refund Policy

    If the products are damaged or lost during transit, please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of charge.

  • My package has items missing from my order.

    If your package is labeled ORDER#: 0000-A,B,C, etc, then your order has been split into multiple packages. This is done to ensure the item's safely during transport since some items are different sized and more fragile than others.

  • I'm looking for an unlisted item or customer order.
